The premises
Examinations and treatments take place in the treatment room. You can always see your X-rays and ask us anything.
X-rays are taken only when there is a clinical reason. When three-dimensional imaging or a panoramic X-ray is needed, we refer you to a partner diagnostic centre.
Hygiene and sterilisation
After every patient, the surfaces of the treatment room are cleaned and disinfected. Reusable instruments are cleaned, packaged and sterilised in a steam autoclave, and single-use items are discarded after use.
How appointments work
Visits are by appointment only. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
After the examination, the treatment plan and its cost are given to you before any treatment begins. A receipt is issued for every payment.
