Before your appointment

Booking. Call +30 210 6743342 or e-mail [email protected] with your name, a phone number and the days and times that suit you. We will call you to confirm the time.

In your e-mail it is enough to give a general reason for the visit (e.g. "check-up", "tooth pain"). We will discuss the details of your health at the practice.

What to bring

  • A list of the medicines you take (or their packaging).
  • Any recent dental X-rays or a CT scan, if you have them (digital or film).
  • Any medical reports for significant health conditions (e.g. heart disease, blood thinners, osteoporosis medicines), if you have them.
  • Your glasses, if you need them to read the history form.

Your visit, step by step

  1. Medical history. You fill in a short questionnaire about your health, medicines and allergies. This matters for your safety, even if something seems unrelated to your teeth.
  2. Conversation. You tell us what is on your mind, what you would like to change and if anything worries you.
  3. Examination. We examine your teeth, gums, tongue, soft tissues, bite and jaw joint.
  4. X-rays, if needed. Only when there is a clinical reason.
  5. Explanation and treatment plan. We explain what we found, your options with their pros and cons, the number of visits and the cost. You can take it away and think it over.

If you feel anxious

Tell us by phone or as soon as you arrive.

  • We explain every step before we do it.
  • We agree a signal (e.g. raising your hand) to stop.
  • We take breaks often.
  • We start with something simple, so we get to know each other before any treatment.

If you are in pain

Call the practice and tell us you are in pain. We will try to see you as soon as possible.

If swelling spreads towards the eye or throat, you have difficulty breathing or swallowing, or bleeding that does not stop, call 166 (Greek emergency medical service) or 112 immediately.
